Acquisizione competenze di processo:The idea behind this “educational format” is to create a training ground designed especially for the youth, in order to deepen knowledge and expertise, without prejudice and with a spirit of unity, which in our job is typical of our scientific community. the meetings are interactive and inclusive (with the involvement of all the young clinicians at the various centres), and “built” with the aim to leave a good amount of space to debate and comparison of work experiences. They are focused on the presentation of “clinical cases”, even with criticalities or adverse conditions.
